Flavors of honey, ginger, and a gentle spicy heat makes this white balsamic so intreging. Complements pasta, rice and vegetable. Pairs well with Persian Lime, Roasted Sesame, and Garlic oil. Excellent over noodles and rice. Adds a nice zip to coleslaw. Use for any dish you want to add an Asian flair.

I use this vinegar (with toasted sesame oil) on salads, stir fry, as a marinade, and in several dishes I have created where I want an Asian flavor. This is excellent - and I wouldn't be without it in my kitchen!

The honey adds just the right amount of sweet to the ginger. I make a Vinegar & Oil dressing with this balsamic vinegar & literally crave eating salads now. It's DELICIOUS and the best I've had to date!
