Moderate tart, rich and earthy flavor. Complements salads, fruits and meats. Pairs well with Basil, Chipotle, Hojiblanca, Garlic, nd White Truffle Oil. Great on Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon sprinkled with minced Prosciutto and Parmesan Cheese.

Love, love, love this vinegar. I use it plain on salads, meats, other veggies - anything I want to add a sweet and tangy flavor to. I haven't tried it on ice cream yet, but that will be next!

Spent a week in MI a few years ago. I'm from the west coast and still order this from MI. You won't be sorry, it's good on/with everything.
