Our finest balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Produced in the traditional Modena style and aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. Very diverse; thick and potent enough to be dripped onto a dish as a condiment and also balanced enough so it will pair well with one of our olive oils in a salad dressing. This is a customer favorite.

I have been purchasing this 18-year Traditional Balsamic for many years and eat it at least once a day. There is no substitute and I will forever have some on hand!

This balsamic is the only balsamic I use for salad dressing. Mix with a little olive oil and it's the best dressing around. Everyone wants to know my recipe! I don't use any other balsamic. Enjoy!

We use this on grilled/roasted vegetables and dipping sauces. It is one of the best balsamic vinegars we have ever tasted.

We love the traditional balsamic 18yr. It's great drizzled on roasted vegetables, salad, and marinating filets for the grill.
